Location.
Very good communication from host.
Welcome pack appreciated.
Limited space in bunk bed room.

Its nice warm cottage with all required facilities. Location is excellent, we had little problem with bookings but it was sorted out quickly. There were lots of games and entertainment dvd’s for whole family including kids. Kids just loved the stay!
We were not asked about our dietary requirements and hence we could not use any of welcome kit as it had cow milk, non vegan bread etc. I would have given 10/10 if this was taken care

Excellent location 2 mins from city centre but also very quiet. The kitchen facilities were good.
