Questa proprietà si trova nella parte migliore di Miramar Beach! Costruito in teak, mogano e abete bianco, accompagnato da finestre incise e vetrate, questo cottage unico è stato progettato per apparire e sentirsi come una nave a vela su misura ben costruita. La proprietà è composta da due unità separate da una camera da letto / un bagno unite da una scala interna collegata e un ingresso comune dall'esterno. Ogni unità può essere affittata separatamente (dormendo 2 adulti e 2 bambini) o insieme per un massimo di 6-8 persone.
L'unità superiore presenta un camino e un ponte chiuso più grande. Rilassati e goditi l'incredibile vista mentre ascolti il suono delle onde che si alzano. Lasciati cullare dalle onde in un comodo letto matrimoniale. Per il vostro divertimento, questa accogliente cabina è inoltre dotata di televisione, TV via cavo e wifi. Tuttavia, sarai troppo impegnato a goderti la vita all'aria aperta! This place was amazing and had so much character. The location was perfect to everything in Montecito and Santa Barbara. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Don’t miss out by staying somewhere else! The communication from the management company was great. We will be back!

This is a fantastic location, but it is really only good for a couple, maybe a child or two but not 3 or 4 adults. The reason is the second bed is a fold out sofa that is very uncomfortable. Our adult child ended up sleeping on the sofa folded up. Also, the shower is in the bedroom but the toilet/sink is right next to the kitchen so also fine for a couple but not more than 2 adults. By the way, for the price it is still a great place for a couple. The deck is fantastic and hearing the ocean is great. Also FYI, the shower walls are large stones which look cool but never really dry out so the place is musty, especially after using the shower. We would consider staying there again, but I could see how some people would be put off by this. The hosts were great. The rooftop deck is great. Are while there were downstairs tenants when we were there, there was no problem with the shared stairway. Also, a big plus is you can walk down the beach 3 minutes to the Miramar Beach Hotel for drinks or a meal.

I needed a place to stay for a retreat and decided to rent a beach house rather than stay at a hotel. The Boat House was adorable and cozy - right on the sand. You could sleep to the sound of the waves and drink your coffee as the sun rose over the surf. The only ONLY issue was that the neighbor's decks were an inch away... so there was no privacy whatsoever. Other than that, it was perfect.

My best friend and I stayed at this beautiful little home for a long weekend and it was a perfect getaway. From the location of the home that’s close to by plenty of restaurants and hikes, not to mention being literally on the beach to the comfort of the home and amenities, nothing was lacking. Enjoying that amazing view any time of the day was the highlight of the trip. Will go back here if I got the chance. Thanks for having us!

We stayed here last year (Feb 2022) and loved it so much we decided to do it again this year. Can't say enough good things. The location is perfect, the rental is superb. Such craftsmanship, uniqueness, comfort. I love being able to sit on the couch on a cool night with the fireplace on and the doors open to hear and see the surf. Morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise is the best.
We will be back again next year.

We loved the property. It was perfect for our family vacation. Our kids were at the Santa Barbara Zoo camp all week and spent the afternoons in the ocean. We couldn't have found a better place for us.

The location of this place is amazing. We really enjoyed uniqueness of the property and having direct access to the beach. Being so close to the Miramar and San Ysidro is an amazing perk. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back.

very thoughtfully recreated boat interior but anchored so you can just walk out to the beach and it is a great beach with long beautiful walks at low tide

Perfect spot on the beach
We love this rental. The doors wide open to see and hear the ocean while the fireplace keeps you warm. Very cozy with everything you need. Comfortable bed and great shower. Rooftop deck with grill was an added bonus. We will return!!

I like the beach but my girlfriend is the big beach enthusiast, I am more of a road trip guy but wanted to give her the vacation of her dreams this year. I must say I was extremely impressed, it’s something I would definitely do again, I had a fantastic time. The location and rental property were perfect and the beach location wasn’t really that crowded even though it was June.

Overall the house is exactly as described. Small, quaint, rustic but cute. Fireplace was a great addition. Lots of extra towels linens etc. pullout couch surprisingly comfortable. Beach is amazing. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes and silverware. Montecito was a mile walk and a great surprise as it is so pretty! Highly recommend.

Easy directions for check in and out . Property manager was kind enough to drive our misplaced phone half way to the airport so we would not miss our flight.

Spectacular Beachfront
What a dream to wake up to this view! Absolutely wonderful property. After celebrating a birthday with my mother, I came back to this slice of heaven and never left during my stay. The property manager was very responsive about an issue - thank you so much for that! I can't wait to come back.

Nice Getaway
We really enjoyed our time at this property. One thing to note is that the hallway to your front door is shared by the downstairs unit, so you will encounter lost of noise as they enter and leave their unit. We really loved the patio on the top unit, which is where we spent the entire day. The rooftop patio is also nice, but needs a shade solution.
We had one issue with the tv, were only able to get Netflix for 90 percent of the stay. After leaving a message with the manager and not getting a call back, we called again and they were able to assist to some point. There is VERY limited channels available in this unit.

Beautiful Beach House
Exactly what we hoped for! The deck was a beautiful extension of the living space and the living space was just perfect for the two of us. All of the amenities to make our stay cozy and comfortable. We definitely plan to be back in the future!

VALENTINES GETAWAY
We booked this property for three days over Valentines weekend. The property was everything we hoped for and more. Soon as we opened the door we were in love with it. The first thing that you see is the incredible view of the ocean. The decor is a lovely nautical theme with lots of rich dark wood. Go out the lower door and you step right on the beach. It was just perfect, so much so we inquired about staying an extra day. They were able to accommodate us and we enjoyed one more day of paradise.

The Boat House (upper unit) was great. Its a very good vibe with beautiful views. The upper unit was perfect for 2 adults but could probably hold 3. The neighborhood is really quiet and beautiful. Would recommend the Boat House (upper unit) to anyone looking to have a peaceful relaxing get away.

2 things to know.
1. Is right next to an active railroad track, so periodically you hear it loudly and shakes the building
2. While not thin, the hallway going to the bottom floor echoes everything so the downstairs is heard well

Great to be right on the beach. The unit has lots of character in the design with shiplap and teak being used throughout. The upper deck was awesome! Had a great view and would highly recommend location. It was close enough to SB that we could ride our bikes to the pier and visit the zoo. The only concern I would have is the summer parking. During our stay we had no problem with parking but the lower unit was not rented.

Miramar Beach home was unique!
It truly is a boat house--very much resembling a boat. Not for everyone, but being boat owners it was perfect for us. Small, but well appointed with unique features like the stone shower in the bedroom, square commode, beautiful wood details and much beach and boat decor. The location is perfect--on the beach and close to shopping, dining out (Cava was fabulous), and downtown Santa Barbara. However, on the railroad tracks and frequent trains noisily go by. Also, no dishwasher. I understand the water issue, but not very sanitary as water does not get hot enough to kill germs. Plus one must run the water a long time in the kitchen to get that "hot" water. Loved the deck--especially as the dining room--the view and wave sound spectacular. Great access to the beach and toys for play provided.
I am not sure I would call the listing totally accurate, but worth taking the chance. We loved it.

Stunning
This house is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures do not do the location and feel of the house justice. Functional kitchen with an incredibly cozy main room. Perfect fireplace for cooler evenings on the beach. The bedroom actually had a view through the unit to the ocean. Perfect location on Miramar beach. Could not have asked for better stay.
