Bella esposizione sud-ovest e spazioso appartamento con 3 camere da letto con una grande terrazza privata che offre spettacolari viste sul mare e sulle montagne. A soli 500 metri dalla premiata spiaggia Bandiera Blu di Burriana ea pochi passi dal centro del bellissimo centro storico spagnolo di Nerja.
Questo appartamento è una scelta popolare per la sua posizione comoda ma tranquilla. I panorami di questa proprietà sul mare, la città di Nerja e le montagne circostanti sono incantevoli. C'è un'enorme terrazza ben attrezzata da cui godersi il sole tutto il giorno e le meravigliose viste. Una tenda da sole sostanziale può essere disegnata su una parte della terrazza per qualche ombra benvenuto. La casa è arredata in modo confortevole in tutto. L'alloggio è tutto su un unico livello. Le camere sono confortevoli e dotate di aria condizionata. La passeggiata panoramica al Balcon d'Europa nel pittoresco centro di Nerja dura 25 minuti.

The location was great, just be aware that the apartment is on a hill so it does require you to walk a lot. The host provides us with beach towels, umbrellas and chairs which was very handy.
The cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. It was quite dusty, the curtains were ripped and the balcony wasn’t cleaned.
The communication between the host manager was good. However, check out wasn’t clear enough.
Overall, the apartment was big and accommodated to all our needs as a family of five. The views was also very beautiful from the terrace.

El apartamento está muy bien, con muy buena terraza y con todo el material necesario. Se puede ir andando a la playa, aunque a la vuelta hay una buena cuesta, como en toda la zona. Atención muy buena. Gracias por la cama supletoria!!

We had a recent stay and whilst we enjoyed Nerja we were disappointed in the apartment. Overall we found it tired and poor value for Monet considering this. The showers were very very slow to drain which meant they overflowed very easily, the dishwasher errored mid-cycle and there was a level of dust and dirt in drawers and shelves. It is not a 5 minute walk to Burriana beach, there are over 140 steps to beach level or a very steep hill. The pool is poor as there is no furniture making for a very hard look, you can have a dip but wouldn’t be encouraged to lie on a towel on the ground. Bath towels supplied but not beach ones. Balcony is spacious but not overlooking the town of Nerja, there’s a big hill in the way. The complex is showing its age, some apartments are freshly painted outside but others aren’t, the community needs to sort this by demanding higher standards.
