Receptionist was very friendly
They need some refurbishment all round.

The rooms are spotless. Come with a fridge, kettle and fluffy towels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful, varied and freshly cooked.
The noise. The hotel sits opposite Poda Beach which plays loud music. We were there for 3 nights and the earliest it stopped was midnight, one night it was on till 3 am. I believe that rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter.

The property is clean and room was cleaned everyday. Same breakfast served everyday with less options but tasty. Quick reply to message specially on WhatsApp.
The room that was provided to us was ground floor and was not to my expectations to call it a beachfront room. The staff person was not quite helpful in providing me another room beach facing though she had it available for one of the days as we stayed for 3 nights. For breakfast as well they have table and chairs with a beach view but they don’t allow breakfast served there in the morning which is quite upsetting as guest book beach facing hotels for beach view experience.
