Pésimo desconocieron la reserva NO LO RECOMIENDO y para nada se parece a las fotos un hotel viejo.

La actitud de la encargada, una persona cerrada. No le importó que estuviese con 2 personas de la tercera edad. Aseguró que fue error de Booking y no aceptó la reserva por los costos. Nos tuvo horas sin tener solución.

They started off not having the room that I've booked, and had to put me into a smaller one. Two days after a cleaning lady put my heavy leather jacket onto a very thin hanger, and the jacket's shoulders were deformed. When I showed them the damage, they didn't even say sorry. The hotel is OLD, and it shows. There're holes in windows, so there's no sound insulation really. The location is OK if you'd like to be in Centro, but the street is busy, and there're many cars. One block down there's a prostitution spot, and it looks ugly. The breakfast is inconsistent, as they have food of different quality every day. You can't get a coffee in the afternoon, because the lobby bar is closed.

Front desk staff are friendly enough

The property is tired and the and the room old. No shampoo in the bathrooms! Or lotion. Breakfast was plain and offerings limited.
