Clean, convenient and comfortable. All of necessary things were in the room.
Double charge. After booking amount was cut, but after check-in host told us, she could not find our payment, so they just forwarded me to booking.com.

The room was pretty clean and well-equipped.
Location is pretty well, not far from the subway station.
There is a small park next to the hotel.
A public parking lot is in front of the hotel.
Just one thing: there was a some kind of chemical smell in the room, maybe caused by cleaning fluids.
