Cosy, very clean, very good breakfast, comfy bed
There is a dog in the house; slight smell; i am allergic to dogs/cats.

This was a lovely B&B. The rooms were comfy and the host was so nice. A lot of our accommodation in Ireland had been either a shared bathroom or no breakfast so it was so good to have had both here for our last day in Dublin.

The breakfast was nice. Noreen was lovely and quite helpful when we needed to know where to go to get the tram. The location was away from the city but very easy to get the tram and not have to worry about traffic.
There are a few things that need improvement. We had at hard time using the keys on the front door. The towels in the bathroom were very hard, not fluffy soft. The pillows on the bed were flat. We had a double bed and the comforter was too small so we used the extra blanket. The internet was very spotty. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't. If these improvements were made it would help a lot.

Good sized room with tea and coffee making facilities.
For the price, I thought there would be a more substantial breakfast
