It is very clean and the location is nice. It is very near to Jonker Street, Melaka River Cruise, A Famosa and other tourist attractions. Uncle Kee is very friendly & welcoming. He introduced a lot of delicious local delicacies to us. It is very quiet at night and comfortable.

The location is very convienent, around 10 mins walking to the Melaka old town. Mr.Kee is a very nice and welcoming host, he shared the traveling information with us, and also some of his personal life stories, it was interesting. Considering the price, location, and room quality, I will definately recommed to stay here!

The only downside of the apartment is the sound insulation is little poor, there were some noises during mid of the night, and woke us up.......

As Melaka domestic tourists, our most pressing need was to stay at an accommodation which would provide us with a guaranteed parking space around the clock. (Looking for one during the weekends is like trying to find the proverbial needle). It must also be within safe walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go: Jonker Walk, the Malacca river & its hugely popular river cruise, diverse culinary delights available in nearby eating places and easy access to historical & touristic sites. It would also be a bonus to have an affable host who was willing to share with us his extensive local knowledge of the area. Add in an affordable price for a decent room with all the must-have amenities factored in. That, in a nutshell, is 365 by D’Laksamana!
