Well, the reception staffs attitude r perfect n very hospitable. 2nd level is ok. Breakfast is simple but does the job. Server is perfect.

It's too shabby, too old. Everything is falling apart. Toilet bowl is chipped, bed frame is broken, sheets n curtains has stains, ceiling is blistering all over, furnitures are old n smells. Parquet flooring is disintegrating. The back door to washing area has no locks, like anyone can just skip over anytime. Kitchen n everything in it r too old. The room have a distinct old n musty smell. There are small small ants and tiny wood ticks walking around the place. Aircon takes forever to cools. Toilet bathing area is a mini tub with shower head on top, how to bring old ppl. Doors frame is giving way, doors are just not safe. Swimming pool has damaged n missing tiles. All Exercise equipment are ancient. There is no one around at night, except for the guard at guard hse. I came becoz I want to swim in the morning, but overall, you Juz don't feel safe or comfortable.

not to strict about time of check in, they just let us in even we arrive 2 hours early

the bed frame are to old and making noises when move around, need to change to strong and quiet bed frame

location, facility, spacious apartment and staff.

the condition of the facilities not good enough..
