Breakfast was awful. Breakfast was delivered to early in the morning ants, crawling everywhere noisy guess in the swimming pool

our reservation got messed up - instead of a quadruple and a double, RedDoorz sent out our reservation as 2 doubles. We insisted they give us the rooms we reserved and straighten it among themselves. Also, since this is a resort, there were day/night guests who were very noisy while swimming. We could hear them up to 3am. Also no elevator & we were on the third floor

Staff was nice. Room was clean. TV has netflix and youtube which is great. AC was outstanding. There's free breakfast which I think is average.

No coffee on breakfast. Water supply in the bathroom was not good. We checked in for 1 night. The day of our check out there was little to no water from the faucet and shower. Shower heater wasn't working. The pool was occupied 24/7 by some tourists and even in the middle of the night until dawn there were children swimming which caused some noise and we had a bit trouble sleeping.
