The room was very spacious. the roof top bar area very nice for a dinner or sundowner. Close to the beach and the staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were slightly dated, but the spaciousness made up for the decor. It would be nice to have a breakfast option on the rooftop area rather than only downstairs.

Right in the centre of Venice. It's a sketchy area but there's a lot going on

Rooftop bar was closed for a private function on one of our two nights. A hotel with no bar is a Motel and the Erwin is very pricey to start with, so closing your main attraction to hotel guests is a big minus.

Great location, friendly staff and very clean. Great cafe downstairs for breakfast that serves delicious food! Super spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Noise from the club across the way. Wifi broken for a full day. Pervasive weed smell on rooftop lounge. Slow food service in rooftop lounge.

plumbing was very poor. we had to run water almost 5 minutes to get hot water. reception told us flushing the toilet might help. shower lacked power. no privacy in bathroom which had an odd set up. dirty carpet in room. room was serviced but they did not bother to wipe sinks or empty bins. very poor given the price charged. car parking was very expensive. there was also only one lift which was in constant use by people using the roof top bar.

No parking, only if you pay a $54 valet per day, no microwave, fridge only with space for their paid beverage, the baby crib was extremely old and full of rust, I wouldn’t recommend this facility for families with young kids at all, wouldn’t come back, very disappointed

Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was amazing!! Really friendly staff! We also loved that we could borrow sand toys for my son at reception!

Great location right in Venice Beach!! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the check in process was great and Yoshwa on the front desk was amazing. He was always friendly and chatty and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. They had free bikes to use if you wanted to cycle along the promenade. The rooftop bar was great, service up there was average, but cocktails and food great!! Unfortunately it was closed during some of our stay, but that was due to the weather and out of the hotels control.

For the most part service was fantastic, as I said Yoshwa on the front desk, and all the guys in security, Antony, Lynn and Curtis were always so helpful. But service in the cafe and on the rooftop was very average!! Apart from that it was a great stay and I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Excellent location right on Venice Beach. Convenient Valet parking at a reasonable cost. Large room with good bathroom and comfy bed. Friendly staff. Huge rooftop bar with views right over the beach. Great spot to stay.
