Great place to stay for an airport overnight. Superb customer service. Very comfortable room with a beautiful garden/pool area. Terrific breakfast. We will stay here again on a return trip.

the hallway was very noisy early in the morning and it woke us up.

this place is minutes from the airport, the staff was super friendly, the room was super clean and updated, the bed was comfortable, and there was secure parking right outside the front door. we will always stay here when flying in/out of SJO

perfect for coming/going to airport but not located for sightseeing.

cute and convenient. guy working there super nice to help us as they wouldn’t accept the booking reservation at first because the manager on the phone said it was too low in price. he called another person and they accepted it. I don’t know what this was all about but how can they try to deny a reservation I already have. we sat at the front desk for 20 minutes at 10:30 pm when we were just tired and wanted rest.

Noise of airplanes overhead While close to airport, hard to get taxi to hotel (official orange taxis refused to go the short distance, private drivers needed negotiation)

I had a long day of travelling and very upset by the time I arrived the employee at desk noticed that and calmed me down and brought water to my room. very nice place and outstanding people at the desk.

We stayed here for the second time. Very friendly staff, beautiful little garden.

We did our night halt at this small but very cute hotel near the airport before we left for La Fortuna. Very friendly and supportive staff. No complaints about the breakfast as well. I personally loved how they decorated their interiors.

I felt the rooms were a bit small, but wasn't a big issue for us.

For a quick stop for a night, this is great. The receptionist when we arrived was so kind. Our clothes were washed over night, ready before our 6am departure. We could easily order a quick great pizza and ate by the swimming pool. All very nice. The receptionist couldn't do enough for us - wonderful person!

The room was very small with a tiny old bathroom and window onto the hallway. We didn't need much but not good for longer stays - especially of paying full price. The breakfast was not very nice - egg shell on toast!

The location was very convenient for staying near the airport. We needed to stay one night after our plane landed very late in San Jose. This hotel offered us a check in at 2 AM which was incredibly convenient. The facilities were great and comfortable. Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, and all very eco conscious. The breakfast was nice too - fruit, egg, toast and tea/ coffee. We didn’t have time to use the pool but they had a cute little yard that was beautiful and clean with a pool.

It was very loud. You could hear everything in the hallway. I was woken up by people talking in the hallway. Also you can hear planes landing and taking off as it’s right near the airport.

Great customer service. Lovely room if a little small. Nice garden/pool area. Good location near the airport and next door to Adobe car rental who I would highly recommend.

Breafast was ok but fairly basic. The airport shuttle wasn't running.

The location was fantastic - right next door to Adobe car rental (I recommend hiring from them). It was about a 20 minute taxi journey due to bad traffic, although located not far from airport. Breakfast juice was good. the pool area looked nice although we didn’t have time to use it. staff very helpful given our very limited Spanish.

the bathroom light automatically went off if you were sat on the toilet for more than several seconds, and you had to wave for it to come back on. There was no window to the outside (just the corridor, with blinds pulled). the air con lights were bright and kept us awake through the night if in use.
