Die Größe des Esszimmers, Bades und Hauptschlafzimmers. Die Lage war für uns als Familie optimal, da wir es ca. 25 min bis zum Strand und 2 min bis zur nächsten Fahrrad-Station hatten. Die Küchenausstattung war okay (lediglich fehlten zwei flache Teller sowie ein Küchenhandtuch und beim Toaster gingen nur 2 von 4 Schlitze).

Das Apartment ist sehr abgenutzt und hätte sauberer sein können (z.B fleckige Bettwäsche und Couch). Die Wände gehören dringend gestrichen. Die vorhandenen Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Die Fernbedienungen haben nur teilweise funktioniert. Einen Handtuchwechsel gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten nicht (auf dem Schild im Bad steht: Wechsel erst nach 7 Tagen). Gerade bei der Fußmatte im Bad sehr problematisch, da man nicht duschen kann ohne diese zu überschwemmen. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben jede Bewegung aus dem Apartment über uns gehört. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer) ist sehr klein und man kann dort nur schlafen. Der Esstisch war extrem wackelig und verkratzt.

Die Lage sehr Zentral. Schöner Park für Kinder war in der Nähe.

The only furnishing for sitting around in the evening was an uncomfortable 3 seater sofa in an otherwise empty space. The dining table wobbled. We were a party of three and I think the apartment could take four, but there were only two plates amongst the crockery. The coffee maker had no instructions and we could not figure it out. No dish towel. The bathroom was generally in a bad state of repair. The sink stand was coming apart at the edges and the walls were dirty and scuffed. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs flat.

A localização era boa e o bairro agradável. Transportes públicos e um bom supermercado e cafés acessiveis a pé. A cama do quarto principal era boa e o quarto de bom tamanho. Não estava incluído pequeno almoço.

Para uma estadia de 7 dias num clima tropical seria agradával poder ter alguma vez lençóis lavados além dos que estavam postos nas camas. Seria útil reforçar o equipamento de cozinha. Também não encontrámos qualquer equipamento de limpeza, pá, vassoura ou aspirador. Acabámos comprando panos/toalhas de cozinha no IKEA.

Problème de chasse avec les toilettes, ainsi que de digicode lors de notre arrivée , mais sinon tout était top!

Very clean. Had basics like soap, toilet paper and shampoo.

Minimal amenities in kitchen (spices, etc) so discouraged us from really cooking in the suite. Couch was small so had to sit on floor to watch a movie with my family
