説明
アパートは19世紀の建物の1階（米国の2階に相当）に位置しているので、あまりにも多くの階段を上る必要はありません。 アパートの両側に2つの広々とした部屋があります。 1室にはクイーンサイズのベッドがあり、魅力的な歴史あるアムステルダムの家々を見渡す美しいバルコニーに面しています。 もう一方の部屋は、典型的な17世紀の建物でとても静かな通りに面しています。 より広い客室で、真新しい（2018年12月）クイーンサイズベッド、設備の整った真新しいキッチン、椅子4脚付きのダイニングテーブル、スマートテレビが備わります。 どちらの部屋にもドアがあり、たくさんのプライバシーを提供しています。 専用バスルーム（ダブルシンクとバスタブ付き）、独立したトイレ、洗濯機付きの小さなクローゼットランドリー。

Great location. Easy walk to many places. Very responsive host. Nice layout - comfortable space. Very helpful having washer & dryer rack. Would stay again.

The apartment was in a great location and with in walking distance to most sites as well as the metro and tram stop. You can't cook in the apartment which wasn't an issue for us but if you are planning on making stuff there is only a microwave. There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to pick up your own pods. The owner said there were a few in the pantry from the last guest but suggested we purchase more. I feel like this is something that should be provided to guests but that's just my personal opinion. The owners live directly upstairs so if that is an issue for you it's just something to note. We never even saw them and the building itself was quiet. Our son did mention noise at night from the street but not a huge issue. There is a door that separates the kitchen/living/extra bed area and the main bedroom so privacy isn't an issue if you have a teenager but there isn't a couch so if your hanging out you are sitting on their bed.Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location but just wanted to add some additional notes if you are thinking about booking.
