Unique accomodation experience in great location. Close to trams and a Lidl.

Beware the requirement to authenticate the deposit payment - the security code goes only to your mobile phone number (you can’t authenticate any other way eg Google or MS) - which makes payment very hard if you aren’t travelling with your mobile number active. We eventually got staff to assist us.

Lovely experience to stay on a boat, the outside terrace was great. Layout showed a clever use of space perfect for 2 people, all amenities had been considered. Good location close to the shops and easy tram stops close by.

Wonderful first houseboat experience. Great communication with the host, Andrew. He responded very quickly when I struggled to figure out the digital self check in. The houseboat is small and compact but is equipped with a smart TV, mini fridge and even a massage cushion, all enough for a short stay. Loved chilling out on the outdoor patio watching the world sail by. Close to all means of transport.

Missed having the air con on when we needed it most as it was over 30c during our stay. Having the patio door open attracted too many unwanted flies and ants. Maybe a person motion sensor will help thus maintaining energy costs.

Location was great

For the price the amenities were inadequate and everything was an additional cost (i.e. firewood for the included sauna/hot tub, late checkout was $75, etc). The hot water kettle and Nespresso haven't been cleaned in forever as there was sludge on the bottom of both machines where the water goes, there were dishes but no dish soap or sponge, the pillows were very uncomfortable. There was "hot tub" in the description but it was not functional.
