The place is new and modern and affordable. The Beds were comfortable.

Too many rules to be relaxed on vacation - strict recycling policy. We do recycling at home but wouldn't like to stress about it on vacation. Need to clean the kitchen, otherwise guests will be penalised. Internet being turned off after midnight. Very early check out, at 9:30. This is the earliest we had in our many travels. We only got 3 towels, if we wanted a towel for our 2 year old, it would have cost us 25 eur more. It's a nice place but with all these rules and potential penalties and extra charges it doesn't feel welcoming. It feels it's all about cost saving and optimisation in this place and the guest comes second...

Vše nové nebo zánovní, výborná poloha, parkování. Velmi vstřícný personál, vynikající sauna. Pouze jsme projížděli, takže jedna noc, ale s ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni.

Zugegeben, Südtirol ist nicht mein Ding. Wir waren nur in Klausen, um Freunde zu besuchen. Aber wenn man hier hin möchte, dann ist der Laitacherhof eine gute Wahl. Verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften ist er relativ günstig, wobei man sagen muss, dass es die bei weitem teuerste Unterkunft unseres gesamten Italienurlaubs war. Aber so ist das in Südtirol: Also für alle, die hier hinwollen: Wir waren zufrieden mit unserem Upgrade, hatten ein großes Apartment, das sehr sauber war, bequeme Betten und eine gut zu nutzende Küche. Das dürfte für das Gros der Südtirolurlauber passen Extras müssen separat bezahlt werden: Sauna mit 20 € und die Waschmaschine mit 8 €. Über Letzteres hätte ich mir mehr Informationen bei Booking.com gewünscht.
