Small boutique hotel- excellent location. Outstanding staff - always a genuine smile, polite and helpful.Recently I organised a family get together at Mutiara. All my requests were met and I couldnt have asked those special 2 days to have gone any better. We 10 of us swam, ate and relaxed at Mutiara. 3 Generations. Everyone loved their stay there. A big thank you to all Mutiara staff. Would recommend this hotel highly. If you want to feel genuine Balinese hospitality - this is the place for you. All ages catered for.Thank you Mutiara.

Staff were great, location good and villa was clean.
No hot water, beds very hard. everything about the villa could do with some maintenance.
