Location.
Breakfasts with wide selection of drinks and food.
Very noisy bathroom. 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. noise from bathroom. May be aircon. First night.
Door key needed to be refilled again. Hotels know about that but it was hard to get into hotel during night.

Good location, unusual entrance through a shopping centre.
Having to use a different back entrance out of hours.
Air conditioning very poor. Acceptable it was very hot but air conditioning not good enough.
