HENRI Hotel Wien

Location, location, location. Room was comfortable too.

Limited facilities and breakfast (for an Englishman) perhaps.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, we had the best time exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, they were always ready to attend to us and it was a pleasure to chat with them. The room was just like on the pictures, comfortable and clean, we really enjoyed our stay.

The only minor disadvantage was the mattress on the bed. It was a little too soft for our comfort, but other than that, everything was simply perfect.

The room was very spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable. It exceeded my expectations from the photos I had seen online. Great location, close to major attractions and good places to eat. Staff were very available to help.

Nothing

The service was great, props to the staff. The breakfast was quite good - a large variety of simple, yet tasty food. The location is very central, which was quite helpful considering our short stay (2 nights).

The main thing we didn't like was the cleanliness - everything in our rooms was very dirty. Dust and all kinds of different hairs all over the place - on furniture, on towels, etc. Turning on the hair dryer (which was extremely loud) made huge dust bunnies pop out from under the furniture. The bathroom tile grout could definitely use a good cleaning and/or replacement. Additionally, the cold water knob on the bathroom sink faucet was almost broken (in our room, but it was almost the same in our family members' room, as well) and made it very difficult to turn on and to stop the water. Considering all this, we wouldn't visit again.
