Scandic Wrocław

Free sauna and convenient location

Towels were worn and rough and the bathroom was old. Water came out when you showered. I reported a malfunctioning issue in the bathroom and was told it would get sorted but it didn't.

Location

The location was excellent—close to the station and within walking distance of the Old Town—but unfortunately, the stay did not quite live up to my expectations. While having a kettle and refrigerator in the room was convenient, the room itself was dated and lacked modern amenities or renovations; this was likely due to my choice of a low-cost, non-refundable, prepaid rate. The bathroom sink drain appeared to be clogged, causing water to pool rather than drain smoothly. Additionally, there was only a single, thin pillow, which made it uncomfortable when I wanted to sit up in bed.

Very nice hotel, 15 minutes walking to city centre, close to train station. Very polite staff at the reception

The pillows were very flat and small

Very clean, modern hotel

Booked a queen room, but it was just a twin with the beds pushed together
