Herbal Hotel Wrocław

I loved the design, beautiful garden in the courtyard, well isolated rooms and the usage of natural cleaning agents. Rooms feel very cosy and they are spacious. I appreciate the patience of the receptionist who acted very professionally when the rude German woman shouted at her and cut the line to the reception. I will definitely be coming back.

The bathtub cork was not working properly (bit that's a tiny detail). I haven't seen recycling bins anywhere.

Good quiet location on edge of old town, near restaurants and bars, contemporary styling, large room, comfortable big bed, everything clean, tea making facilities in room, garden area to front, wine bar cellar.

No on-site parking - though large National Forum of Music underground car park 50 Zloty per 24 hours 10 minutes walk away, no hotel restaurant - but plenty nearby, shower over bath floods bathroom floor, insufficient hooks / towel rails in bathroom - need more installing.

Absolutely loved this property, immaculate and very modern inside.

Nothing.

Location was good close to Old Square and tram

No fridge, no milk for tea/coffee and a bit noisy at night from nearby bars
