The hotel exceeded our expectations. A modern hotel with beautiful room design. The bathroom was very luxurious. Great location—a 6-minute walk from the Zermatt train station and just a 1-minute walk from the Sunnegga funicular station. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the train station. There is an excellent bakery right next to the hotel. The staff was very kind and courteous. A wonderful experience.

Great cocktail bar downstairs, amazing view of the Matterhorn, comfortable beds, unbelievably good shower.

Wish that it had fans available. There are no/few places with air conditioning in Zermatt so having a fan would have been helpful to move more air on the top floor when they were experiencing temperatures 22 degrees F above average. Wonderful stay otherwise.

Unfortunately the reception is not staffed 24h and I forgot my room key after hours - there was one available at reception, and no one on call on the helpline - after an hour calling the helpline someone picked up and promised me to come by but never did! I ended up sleeping the night in another hotel room as I couldnt enter my own one. I find this is simply unaceptable service for €550.- per night (in an otherwise nice hotel, albeit with a tiny single room)!
