Nice, accommodating and very friendly staff. Matterhorn view from the room and near the hotel. Clean environment, satisfying breakfast and good housekeeping. Close to the main street/restaurants/train station. Excellent shuttle service. Thank you to the excellent staff in reception - Sally, Sophie & Eunice.

The hotel staff were super helpful and nice. They could not have been more accommodating and left the most beautiful pink hats on our bed to welcome us to their hotel. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the spa area. I’d highly recommend.

The bartender, Bart, was absolutely fabulous friendly, easy to talk to, and made the bar experience memorable. I’d highly recommend checking out the bar during your stay

The shuttle service, which is essential since cars aren’t allowed in Zermatt, was barely advertised and very difficult to arrange. We ended up stranded at the train station for over an hour in the freezing cold trying to organize transport. The property could definitely improve the shuttle service. Check‑in also wasn’t smooth — we were left standing with our luggage, unsure if or when it would be delivered to the room.
