Better breakfast. Larger room.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained, the location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food. The ice dispenser and laundry facilities were a big plus.

The staff could be more welcoming and approachable. For a hotel in the hospitality industry, a warmer and friendlier atmosphere could make a big difference in a guest’s experience. Most of the staff rarely smiled, and the receptionist who checked us in on the evening of October 4 seemed impatient, unfriendly, and somewhat rude. Unfortunately, this left a poor first impression. I hope the hotel takes this as constructive feedback.

Wish Staff could be more friendly and happy! No one smiles or shows any Welcome Formalities- not only for Adults , but for children’s as well . Arrived 11am with family and Reception confirmed will be 2 family rooms as I was with 3 children . Checked in at 13.00 and new receptionist told that no more family rooms left and covered 2 separated rooms in 3rd floor and 9 floor . Later on they manage to find 2 rooms in same floor but totally separated . Booking done month in advance Anyhow - apart of that is manageable !
