The room was lovely and spacious, big enough to store 2 large cases and a folding mobilty scooter and still have plenty of floor space (not a disabled room either). Having the lift close to our room was wonderful and having aircon in the room came in very useful. Staff were lovely and really helpful sorting a solution to a minor issue. Breakfast had a wide selection to offer.

This is only a personal from me as my husband did not have the same issue. My husband could sleep on a clothes line so a hard matteress was not an issue for him, however for me the matteress was a problem. I tried for 2 nights to push through and attempt to get to sleep with very limited success. The bed was so hard that I was waking with pins and needles or dead limbs, and my back was painful. To the hotels credit after asking for an extra quilt to use as a matteress topper, my sleep was manageable.again. As my husband's carer sleep is important and I was greatful to the staff for.helping find a solution.

Ideally place in Strasbourg with less than 5 min walk from the cathedral. What’s more you have one of the best views of notre dame de Strasbourg as soon as you step off the hotel. The SPA is definitely a great accommodation like the restaurant

The bathroom could use a refreshment because the sink is quit small and you can’t refill anything before visiting Strasbourg

The receptionist was very helpful and nice. It is located fairly close to the city centre, just a short walk to any attractions.

The room is not clean! The towels are basically yellow-ish, the sink is not clean, and the shower room has spider webs. The bed sheets are kinda damp. The facilities are very dated.
