The location is very good and it is good value for money. Having a kitchen was great! The owner provided tea bags upon request and responded quickly to our messages.
Unfortunately, this residence has no elevator, so it is difficult to carry heavy bags up the steps.
There were some maintenance issues but these were dealt with quickly.

Very close to Water boat taxi station (less than 5 mins). At walkable distance to all major tourist attractions and landmark. Room has everything and well arranged room. Will rebook this place again if I got chance to revisit Venice again.
One of the bath towel provided was torned and looks like was pretty old one. Such towels needs to check before provided to the customer. small thing but needs to take care.

Shower was incredibly small.

Good location, responsive host who let me keep my bags as long as needed. Good pillows and clean.
It had some kitchen utensils for breakfast and some food for a snack.
Ground floor, humid and no daily light. Little ventilation. Fair bed in terms of confort. The fridge smelt bad. Overall, it needs renovation.

"We loved the room. Nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Close to restaurants and all major points of interest"
