The location is excellent. My son and I did a day at the salt mine and at Auschwitz using tours and the pick up and drop off places were close to the hotel. The location to the center of Old Town is great too. Lots of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores close by. The breakfast was excellent each morning. The transport to and from the airport was great too. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a comfortable place in the Old Town to stay.
If you have mobility issues, keep in mind there is no elevator in this hotel. This is common throughout Europe and experienced travelers would expect this. We did. The light sensors at night on the stairs do not stay on for long if you are moving slowly. My wife recently had knee surgery, and going up and down the steps was hard for her. It still did not distract from our time staying in Krakow.
