Holiday Inn Express - Almere by IHG

It is Right next to a Trail Station and You have plenty of Shops and Restaurants in Front of the Hotel. The room was clean and the Staff was very friendly.

The bed was not Comfortable and the Pillow was too hard, i woke up with a headache. The breakfast was really cheap.

The Breakfast in the morning was really good plenty of different things, also the staff was very friendly and the room we had was big enough for the 4 of us

I havnt had anything that i didnt like the only thing that i was missing was maybe a small fridge to put some cans in or to keep the water cold

Breakfast was adequate in quality, freshness, and amount, but did not vary from day to day. It got very boring after the second week.

When we first checked in, we told the clerk we might have a change in plans and would probably check out weeks before than we had originally planned. The clerk advised us that we could check out any day we wanted, however we would still be charged for the length of the original booking. To be sure I wasn't misunderstanding her, I repeated what her statement. She reiterated that I would be charged for the entire length of the booking, whether or not I checked out two weeks early or stayed the length the original booking. She then added, "You can always argue with Booking.com or the manager, who is not here right now, but I don't think you will succeed. You should have booked directly with the hotel instead of Booking.com. If you had, I could do something, but you didn't. I'm sorry." As a result of this, we declined an offer from family to travel to Belgium with them because we did not want to waste the money. The experience tainted our opinion of the hotel, the staff, and our stay in general.
