Great location and beautiful apartment. The bathroom set up is a little strange. Only 1 complete bathroom. We had a sink and tub/shower in our bedroom but no toilet.

Our family (including three young adult/teen sons and a family friend) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Merville Paris. The apartment was in a fantastic location and offered plenty of space for the six of us to comfortably hang out. The bedroom air conditioning was amazing, especially given the summer heat. Having reliable air conditioning and a spacious layout in the heart of Paris was a huge plus.The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The layout is a bit non-traditional(for the US)—There were 3 shower rooms and 3 toilet rooms located off the main hallway within the apartment, which allowed pipelining of bathroom activities.The kitchen is small and features a half-size refrigerator/freezer, but it includes a nice, large table where we all enjoyed breakfast together (we dined out for dinners, so we didn't miss having a full kitchen). With two living rooms to spread out in, this apartment fit our needs perfectly and was a wonderful, pleasant base for our Paris trip. As a fun bonus, our kids were thrilled to watch film production (we think Emily in Paris!) taking place in the plaza below right from the apartment windows!The apartment was nice, comfortable, and had a great location. We would stay here again!

Amazing place. This was my third year in a row staying here and I will definitely rebook for next year. Everything was perfect. The apartment. The location, the check in process, etc… Highly recommend.

Getting the keys was somewhat of a hassle. The clerk at the hotel desk who gave us the keys was quite rude to us. Internet did not work throughout our entire stay.
