Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown, FL

Good location. Clean. Friendly staff.

Limited times for breakfast. Room smelt very musty, window blind was frayed.

The staff especially Madison. She was very helpful and enjoying to talk to. She help me find good places to eat. The breakfast was okay

Bathroom wasn’t clean, the shower especially was dirty, the AC wasn’t working correctly, no HDMI cable, toilet made a long flushing and sucking sounds, walls isn’t thick can hear people around me. Room 242 microwave wasn’t working. Had to move room to 505 but AC wasn’t working, toilet was too long and loud, and walls were thin. Can hear people talking and stuff.

The property itself was awesome! I loved the staff and they were super friendly with helping me!

Breakfast was not included.

In general, the property is good, and it has a nice location. You have a good manager in Veronica who tried to meet expectations despite the noise in the next room.

Noice in the next room after 11 pm, 12 pm , etc...Andrew, the daytime manager, was very dismissive of my situation and basically told me I had to deal with it, and eventually offered a room move once I asked for the options. Note, I had to prompt him. Also the 2nd floor during all hours of the day is loud and the staff does not take note that guests are either there to work or on vacation. They should be generically more conscious about their role in hospitality.
