Clean and in the good vocation.

The property itself was fine, but despite being promised multiple times that our forgotten items would be returned, no one ever followed up—even after at least ten calls—and our belongings were never recovered, reflecting extremely poor and unreliable customer service.

It was a great apt. Easy to access. We walked to the apt but there’s a team close by. Very communicative. It was very clean. The bathrooms were great. Really enjoyed it.

The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Good location and very responsive staff

The tv was tiny with only Italian channels. Also needs new towels

Location

The facility is bad, the TV didn’t work properly, the dishes were dirty, the light didn’t work in one of the rooms, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they didn't bother to fix it, overall bad experience ( did feel there wasn't value for money ), you can see that they decorate the room around adding minimum and charge high -
