The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room/balcony was absolutely huge. The room was also very modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very clean. For being in the city, it was incredibly quiet in the room until late into the morning. The location was perfect because it wasn't an incredibly busy area, but everything we wanted to get to was still walkable.

The breakfast offered was incredibly limited and not the best quality, and was almost completely gone with an hour of service time left. Driving/parking in the city in general can be chaotic so it was occasionally difficult to get in/out of their lot.

The room I booked via Booking was supposed to be 45 m² and include a coffee maker, a kettle, and a streaming service. The room I actually got had none of those things. I didn't bother checking the rest. That’s why the rating is 8/10.

Breakfast needs improvement.

The room and bathroom were both spacious and quiet. The location worked well for us, as the city centre was around a 20–25 minute walk away. The parking area is small, but we always managed to find a space. The surrounding area is also pleasant.

The breakfast was not very good and felt poorly managed: plates were often missing, and when food ran out, it was not always replenished. We were also charged €10 more than the amount stated in our booking confirmation, which I found absolutely unacceptable and is the main reason why I would not return. There was also always water on the floor at the hotel entrance, apparently from a leaking air conditioner, and I almost slipped twice. I pointed this out to the staff, but unfortunately they laughed about it rather than taking it seriously. I did not find the staff particularly welcoming or professional.
