Great hotel and location to walk around the city. Lovely room with sitting area and balcony onto main street and churches opposite. Highly recommended!

Great location and excellent breakfast. Great view across the square which although busy in the day was dead quiet at night. The front door staff were very friendly and always had a smile. I had reservations about the room carpet though, especially with a hangover. Any return to Krakow would see me staying there again.

My stay was excellent. Great location. Breakfast was wonderful. The fridge in my room never worked so that was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is amazing! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and strive to make your stay memorable. The room was spacious and well appointed with nice amenities. The breakfast was lovely and varied, with a lot fresh items. The location is great and close to all of the sights in the old city and beyond. I would highly recommend.
