Spacious, clean room with aircondition and even a kitchen with basic utensils for cooking. The lobby area had some vending machines and a washing machine room for the guests convenience. The price was better than most single-room options, and I felt there was a great value for money.
Despite the distance from the city center, the tram runs almost to the door, so with the week pass for Vienna transport, it was easy to return during the day for charging, chilling, etc.
Staff were accommodating and friendly, and let me check in a couple of hours early free of charge - very good service that most other hotels would charge for.
Location was a little far away. Easy to reach by tram, but the nearest supermarket closes at 8 pm, and the nearest 24-store is a 15 minute walk away. Kitchen contains utensils and a spacious fridge, so you can make food yourself - but that's not what you want to do on holiday.
The staff were friendly, but most of the conveniences in the lobby required coins, and the staff could seldom help with exchanging bills - maybe prepare for this in the future?

We had stayed at this hotel before, so everything was already familiar to us. There was no need to adjust.
One day, an unpleasant smell was felt in the room, reminiscent of the smells coming from the kitchen. We could not discover his origin. The traffic in Triester Street is very noisy. The windows are not of sufficient quality to completely mitigate this noise.

We stayed here for 2 nights to explore Vienna. The location is not very central but is 2 mins from a tram stop and you are in the city centre in 15 minutes.
The staff were friendly and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The roof terrace was lovely and had great views. Our balcony was really nice and the kitchen facilities were good. Nice coffee machine. Good aircon.
We would be happy to stay here again the next time we visit Vienna

In the good part of the town, close to the tram station and grocery store. Friendly staff.
A bit expensive. Not good ration money/value.
