It was very clean, cleaning service was spot on, the location was excellent, the amenities plentiful and the staff was very helpful and polite . Check in and check out was a breeze. The mattress was of exceptional quality !!!

I found the pillows very soft and squishy, and I would have liked another option of a lighter blanket. I have to mention that I did not ask for replacements, so they could be offered , I don’t know ! Also the mini fridge is not really a fridge rather than a cool cabinet.

Very nice room with everything you need. Really good value for the money paid. You will basically be in the city centre right next to a metro station. The hotel staff was very nice and even gave us an umbrella when it was raining. Coffee was also free at the reception.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel has a very convenient location, with a metro station and bus stops within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection.

The only negative experience was the check-in process. Almost a month before our arrival, I informed the hotel that we would be arriving early in the morning and asked whether early check-in might be possible. We arrived at around 10:00 a.m. after an overnight flight, but the front desk staff told us that our room was not ready. We left our luggage and returned about an hour later, as we were very tired after travelling overnight. We then had to wait in the lobby for almost five hours, although we repeatedly saw other guests arriving and being checked in immediately. I understand that the official check-in time was 3:00 p.m. and that early check-in cannot be guaranteed, but seeing other guests being accommodated while we were repeatedly told to wait gave us the impression of unequal treatment. Shortly before 3:00 p.m., after the shift changed, another front desk staff member, who was very polite and helpful, offered us another room with the same conditions, as our original room was still not ready. We accepted it. This was frustrating because the same solution could apparently have been offered much earlier. Hopefully, similar situations can be handled more flexibly in the future.

The hotel is well located. The room is an average size but has most of the amenities. Staff were excellent, always polite and very helpful

Breakfast options were very limited in relation to price.
