Quite area, the staff is great very kind! Special Amena at the reception nice vibes & and very hepful … always smiling , thanks so much!
That they do not have twin bed.

Good location: walking distance to public transport and if you’re up for a longer walk, it’s not far from the Museum Quarter. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area!
I was in a room at ground level and it was very noisy at night. Ask for a room higher up than ground floor. The staff charged me for drinking tea in their lobby… must say it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The modern decor,the super eager to help staff (no matter what question I had) and the out of this world comfy pillows and bed (good pillows have been hard to find on my Europe trip!) It's close to different public transport options- takes about 20 mins in total to centre. Car parking right next door and accessible by hotel lift.
Light from hallway coming through door when sleeping but only a minor issue- still slept well!
