This 17th-century apartment is quiet and filled with light.
It is equipped with every comfort and is perfect for exploring the city: it is a 15-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, just a stone’s throw from the Biennale, and a 5-minute ferry ride from the Venice Film Festival.
The living room and the second bedroom, which overlook Via Garibaldi, feature exquisite original beams hand-painted in the 17th century and fully restored to preserve their historical and artistic value.
The bedrooms are large and spacious, with very roomy closets.
You can decide how to arrange the second bedroom—with two single beds or one double bed—and you can also request a crib.

We were in Venice to see the biennale and the apartment could not have been better located. The apartment was comfortable for two and had everything for the kitchen that we could need (plates and cups were stored in the living room, which took a day for me to realize). Giacomo was a great host,, available whenever I had questions. And even notified us after we checked out when my colleague left something in her room. Giacomo had the bar downstairs hold it for us.
