Die Wohnung "Monet" liegt am Rio de la Tanna, zwischen dem Arsenale und den Giardini. Die Gasse ist ruhig und gleichzeitig ist man in 2 min an der Via Giuseppe Garibaldi - wo es Läden, Apotheken, Bars und Restaurants gibt. Einer meiner Lieblingsorte in Venedig. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, hat dem Namen entsprechend farbige Details und bietet 4 Personen Platz. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche, die gut ausgestattet ist. und je einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Kingsize Bett, plus zwei Duschbäder. Man wird durch einen besonders umsichtigen und freundlichen Concierge Service empfangen und hat bis zum Auschecken Kontakt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und es wurde uns die Wohnung im Detail gezeigt.

Es ist uns aufgefallen, dass Wohnung etwas hellhörig zu den anderen beiden Wohnungen ist. Aber wir waren sehr viel unterwegs und die Nachbarn nicht laut.

Μου άρεσε η τοποθεσία, ήσυχος δρόμος κοντα στο Αρσεναλε και στα Τζαρντινι οπότε ιδανικό για την Μπιενάλε αλλά και τη Mostra στο Λίντο. Το διαμέρισμα είναι φωτεινό και πολύ άνετο για ένα ζευγάρι. Ηταν καθαρό με καλά οργανωμένη κουζίνα και όλα τα κομφόρ πλυντήριο πιάτων ρούχων κλπ. Ο διαχειριστής πολύ ευγενικός μας υποδέχτηκε και μας έδειξε πως λειτουργούν όλα. Μας πρόσφερε ένα μπουκάλι προσεκο, μας πρόσφερε καθαριότητα στα μέσα της διαμονή μας και μας άφησε να κάνουμε check out μια ώρα αργότερα. Ο κλιματισμός πολύ καλός και αθόρυβος.

Οι σίτες κουνουπιών σε κάποια παράθυρα θα ήταν χρήσιμες. Επίσης θα ήταν ωραίο να έχει πιο πολλές κάψουλες καφέ για την καφετιέρα για όλη μας τη διαμονή. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν για 4 άτομα αφού είχε 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες αλλά νομίζω ότι είναι άνετο για ένα ζευγάρι. Εχει αρκετά σκαλιά για να φτάσεις στην είσοδο. Για μας δεν ήταν πρόβλημα αλλά ίσως για μεγαλύτερες ηλικίες να είναι.

I highly recommend it!! We truly loved our stay at the Mondrian Apartment. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a very special place. The decoration is beautiful, creative, and full of personality, with the Mondrian-inspired details giving the apartment an artistic character—so appropriate for a stay in Venice, especially near the Biennale. The location was absolutely perfect. We could easily walk to the Biennale and explore Venice, while still enjoying the feeling of staying in a real neighborhood away from the busiest tourist areas. What we appreciated just as much was the care from the administration team. Whenever we had a minor issue or question, they responded incredibly quickly and took care of it right away. That kind of attention makes such a difference when you are traveling. By the end of our stay, the Mondrian Apartment really felt like our little home in Venice. We were genuinely sorry to leave and would happily stay here again on a future visit, for sure!
