Great stay. It’s located within a prime location in Shinjuku which is very convenient. I was able to walk and get just about everything I needed. Staff was awesome and I miss the breakfast and lunch buffets. There was also a 2nd floor bar and grill which I used just about daily.

My three daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely time. The location is not ideal (20 minute walk to Shinjuku station) but we are fit and didn't find it that inconvenient. The room was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. We used the gym which was a bit small and cramped, but it worked for what we needed. My only complaint would be the lack of space to put your clothes in the room. We had to live out of our suitcases for four nights, which because quite difficult and messy. Also, the breakfast was just average. Some drawers or closet would have made our stay much easier. Overall we enjoyed the hotel very much.

The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay!
The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate.
