The hotel is great and the breakfast buffet was good a decent price 3,000 yen which is about 15 -18 U.S people complain about the washer and dryer I would not wash there and just go to balukno 5mins the unit they have are made to be bought cheap so people don't have to buy a washer and dryer if u don't have the money so it does not wash clothes and dry them great

Great location to the subway lines and a Lawsons and Family Mart. A clean room with no to fluffy pillows and not to hard either and great staff to help out with any questions I had. The bathroom didn’t have a fan though so it did get a little warm in the bathroom but other than that, this place was a fantastic place to stay for a first time in Tokyo.
