The Urban Flat in Paris team is happy to welcome you in its luxurious 4 bedroom apartment in the center of Paris.
We are pleased to inform you that whatever the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.

To welcome you in the best possible sanitary conditions, our serviced apartments are meticulously cleaned and disinfected.
Our 100m2 apartment accommodates up to 14 people. It is conveniently located between the Montorgueil and Les Halles neighborhoods, just a few minutes' walk from the Beaubourg-Centre Pompidou museum.
Furnished in a contemporary style, it still retains a warm Parisian touch with its exposed beams and beautiful parquet flooring. You will be immediately charmed by its brightness and conviviality.
It features an elevator, internet access (WiFi), a hairdryer, electric heating, air conditioning, and 4 televisions.
Equipped with 3 bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle), directly open to the living room, it will be the perfect place for a family or friends vacation.
Ideally located near Le Marais and the popular Rue Montorgueil, it offers a peaceful escape in the heart of the city while allowing easy access to tourist attractions. This flat worked very well for our families but had no kitchen supplies or cleaning supplies.

The location of this property & number of beds is the main reason we stayed here. Everything else with the building was fine.. the neighbors yelled at us in the hallway to be quiet at normal hour of the day (11am) when we were having a very normal-level conversation. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2 of our 4 day stay. When I contacted the hosting company, they said they would bring more over the next day but never did. There was nothing in the rules that said we would have to cover our own toilet paper, either. The property listed air conditioning as an amenity of this property, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. Upon arrival it was hot in the flat and the AirCon was not working. When I contacted them, they had me do the work of turning off all of the electricity in the flat in hopes to reset the AirCon.. long story short, the AirCon never ended up working during our entire stay. When I asked for a partial refund for the trouble with the Toilet paper and AirCon, they ignored me.
The flat also lacks enough plates, kitchen wares, cutlery, extra garbage bags for the amount of guests it is able to accommodate. I would not recommend this stay, you will get much better service in a hotel.
