Very centralised, comfy beds, big rooms, very welcoming host

very noisy in the street at night, not enough plug sockets, not enough mirrors in some of the bedrooms, if any, curtains needed in the lower bedroom as did not block out the light in the morning

we loved how much room there was for all 11 of us! we didn’t feel squished at all. Frederik was also very accommodating for us

The bedrooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. The location’s proximity to restaurants and Duomo was very good. Some of the local restaurants near the apartment were fantastic. The gentleman that checked us in on site was very kind.

The bedrooms facing no the street get so crowded with college kids after 9pm and get so loud you cannot sleep and this goes on until 3am. The living room and kitchen are not as nice as the pictures show, they are full of random furniture. The apartment was not cleaned well, we found used vapes, empty bottles, dirty floors. Overall disappointment considering previous reviews and the pictures.
