この家 について
Located in Colmberg, the 'Rustic Country House' offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The two-story property features a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 9–10 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available. Relax on your private, covered terrace.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. Public transport is within walking distance. Free street parking is available. Trailers and bicycles can be stored on the property. Up to two pets are allowed; please note that dogs are not permitted on the beds.
The house is heated by a cozy wood stove instead of central heating. It is a former barn from 1869, located on the first and second floors. The property is suitable for celebrations, making music, or for guests or workers who prefer single rooms. Due to stairs and the heating situation, it may be less suitable for older guests or those with limited mobility.
The grounds leading to the garden are spacious. The larger bathroom is on the ground floor below the apartment.
Two to three bicycles are available. The property follows recycling guidelines and uses energy-saving lighting.
- Pet allowed payment 15,00 € per pet
- Bikes provided payment 3,00 € per day
