Nestled among the mountains and surrounded by forests lies our Eifel vacation rental, “Im Vulkanland.” Here you’ll find the ideal starting point for your hikes to explore beautiful, picturesque trails.
In addition to hiking, rock climbing on 40-meter-high basalt cliffs is one of the attractions in our region. Countless sights are located in the immediate vicinity. The city of Koblenz, with its historic old town and the “Deutsches Eck,” is about a 30-minute drive away. The legendary Nürburgring, Elz Castle (a must-see), the Benedictine monastery “Maria Laach,” and countless lakes and castles are all just a short drive away. The small town of Mayen (3 km), with its pedestrian zone, as well as the half-timbered village of “Monreal,” invite you to go shopping or simply take a leisurely stroll.
