Villa of 93m2 with living room/dining room/open kitchen, 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 10 people, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with WC + 1 separate WC.

-Private pool 8m50x3m50, for private use, heated to 28°C from the end of March to the beginning of November (no extra charge). Other dates on request and with an added cost.
-1900m2 enclosed garden, terraces with tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue.
-Very bright house, quiet in a dead end.
-Close to city center and beaches; free shuttle to city center and beaches in July-August.
-Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.

We spent two weeks in the Villa Geais in June. The check-in worked very smoothly and the contact to the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated. The Villa was as described on the website. It was clean and the kitchen had everything needed for our stay. The view is magnificent and the surrounding is very quiet. The beaches are about ten minutes away. Besides the view from the terrace we enjoyed the pool and our kids loved to play table tennis. We can absolutely recommend the Villa Geais and think that considering the price any guest receives fair value and will find a nice and quiet place to spend his vacations.

We spent very relaxing holidays in this villa. We lacked nothing. The swimming pool was amazing. And we enjoyed the great sea views
