The host was friendly and helpful. Being right in town, the location was great, easy walking from the train station. The apartment was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. A very good restaurant located halfway to the train station. La Spezia was one of the best towns we stayed in during our 5 week holiday in Italy.

A change of decor would improve the look of the apartment. More utensils and an electric jug would be good. No ironing board. Discussed some of these points with the host, I feel sure he will look seriously at those issues. I would happily stay again, however the 77 steps proved too much for my wife's troublesome hip.

Moreno, il proprietario, disponibile e cortese. Appartamento pulitissimo, non manca niente. Posizione perfetta per chi arriva in treno. A soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro. Prenotate!!!
