Little Bear Lodge is a large, beautiful 4 bedroom home in The Highlands neighborhood, offering multiple outdoor areas, a private hot tub and plenty of room for your family or group across three levels. Just 2 miles from the BreckConnect Gondola and 2 miles from Main Street, you get easy access to Breckenridge with the privacy of being just outside of town. Best of all, Little Bear Lodge welcomes up to two dogs, so the whole family can join the adventure. Two kings, a full and two twin over full bunks with trundles sleep up to 12 guests. After a day on the slopes, gather in the mountain view living spaces, then step outside and soak in the private hot tub as snow drifts over the pines. Little Bear Lodge is the ideal pet friendly winter getaway.

Great stay with the family and the process was a breeze with great communication with the host. The views were breath taking! There was plenty of space for our party of 9. However, the noise from the street was pretty loud from sun up until sun down which took away from the quiet mountain atmosphere. Also, there’s construction going on-on the other side of the highway which can be an eye sore. Not the owners fault but it is an eyesore. Also, pulling up to the cabin I thought the place was abandoned. I get the over grown natural look, but sometimes weeds growing out on the cobble stone patio makes its look pretty unkept. For the amount paid I was hoping for a little more upkeep.

This home is exactly as pictured. Beautiful space with amazing mountain views! It was comfortable housing 12 of us. We really enjoyed our stay!

The floors and furniture were covered with pet hair. We had it stuck to the bottom of our socks. We sat at the kitchen table and there was fur on the chairs. We pulled out a blanket from a chest and it was covered in fur. They did offer to come clean however we were planning to be at the house the whole day. They refunded 200 for the lack of cleaning. The house can sleep 12 and there is only really enough seating for 7 in the living room. It needs another couch upstairs and something to sit on in the basement. All the kids, 14-18 year olds, said their mattresses in the basement bedroom were very uncomfortable, like the springs were poking them. It took a couple hours for the house to get warm. The floors are quite roughed up in the kitchen, too. Overall the house met our needs for our group. The views were great and location was nice.
