The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to an adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a private entrance, ensuring all the comforts of home.

This property is on the third floor of a complex and requires stairs to access. There is no elevator.
***Please note, there is no built-in air conditioning in the unit. A portable AC unit will be provided between May 1 and October 1 for guest comfort during warmer months. Outside of this period, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additional fans are available upon request.
No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.
****No Pets Allowed**** Please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals.
***Paid street parking in downtown Aspen. $8 per day (subject to change based on city charges).
Monthly rates are available upon request. Please contact us for pricing. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and the manager may require proof of age.

The Condo has a great location only 1 1/2 blocks from the Gondola and within easy walking distance to essentially all the stores and restaurants in Aspen.
