The apartment was on the first floor so not too many stairs to carry luggage. The location and neighborhood were very nice. The apartment was clean and the bed super cozy! I slept well. The kitchen and bathroom had everything I need. Most importantly, the host, Nicolai, was very kind, generous and willing to help with anything and everything. I felt very welcomed to the apartment.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but my motorcycle parked outside was tampered with an attempt to steal it. I had it locked down well, so the thieves did not get too far. Just a reminder to make sure you lock up and keep your valuables with you.

It was very pleasant to find coffee available in the apartment for the espresso machine. The host was nice enough to allow us to checkout later and flexible to accept to update our booking due to unforeseen plans on our part. The apartment was cool (it was not necessary to switch on the AC) and comfortable, we had all household appliances at our disposal (including washing machine, iron, etc.) with a nice size kitchen. We will most definitely revisit.

Curățenia

I’ll start from good things: Air conditione with heating option, good internet, kitchen well equiped (slso with salt snd pepper), at the begining very good contact with the host. But: it was not very clean - on the surface yes, but when you looked close by, you could see that it needed a lot of good cleaning: kitchen cabinets sticky, dirty windows, glass of the shower dirty ect. The bedding situation very strange: one sheet and one very thin blanket. We found single size duvet in the wardrobe and not really well fited separate duvet cover - we had to put it on our own, there was a loundry hanging in the room and very ugly and dirty package with a new waching machine. The location is so so - with not well lit roads, some of them without pavements, with road constraction in the yard (i guess this won’t last long). To reach a park you have to walk by group of stray dogs and very wild and full of trash paths. And the paymnet situation was ridicules: we haven’t got any information in advance that the owner will ask us for cash (I thought money will be taken from my bank account). In the afternoon of day before we were leaving i got calls and a message from a different phone number asking for a money in around 3 hours. We were sightseeing, haven’t change the money. Finally, the owner agreed to take euro and meet us in the flat at 9:30 next morning (just before we were supposed to leave the flat). But the owner overslept, we left the money in the apartament. A lot of stress at the end. Unnecesary.
