Siamo arrivati a Palermo cercando un appartamento comodo e ne abbiamo trovato uno bellissimo. Coco’s House è enorme e luminosa, con tre camere, due bagni, una cucina grande e persino una lavanderia, e la pulizia è impeccabile. C’è davvero tutto: lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavapavimenti e perfino l’aspirapolvere Dyson, una tv in ogni stanza e un frigo grande. In più è molto vicina al centro storico, quindi abbiamo girato la città comodamente senza stress. All’arrivo ci siamo trovati un kit di benvenuto che non ci aspettavamo: acqua, succhi di frutta, merendine, la macchina del caffè pronta e anche prodotti senza glutine. Un pensiero piccolo, ma che ci ha fatto sentire attesi. Poi ci sono Adriana e Gianluca, di una gentilezza rara. Sempre disponibili e mai invadenti, ci hanno dato tanti consigli sinceri su dove mangiare, cosa vedere e come muoversi in città. Durante il soggiorno siamo diventati amici, ed è la cosa più bella che ci portiamo a casa. Se cercate una base spaziosa per vivere Palermo e padroni di casa che vi fanno sentire ospiti e non clienti, non cercate altro. Torneremo volentieri.

Little way out of Palermo but stll all attractions walkable.

The bathroom is beautifully fitted and thought through to the smallest detail: a sewing kit, hand sanitiser, toothbrushes, shower caps and disposable slippers. A refreshing drink was waiting in the fridge, along with food for the first breakfast, so you don't have to rush to the shop after a long journey. There's Americano coffee and also a classic Italian coffee maker that makes fantastic coffee. The location is perfect: a quiet neighbourhood and a calm street, yet everything is within walking distance. The market is about 10 minutes away and the main sights 10 to 15 minutes at a relaxed pace (roughly 0.75–1.25 km). Check-in and check-out were completely seamless. But what truly sets this place apart are the hosts, Adriana and Luka. On our last day, as we had a late flight, they kindly kept our luggage at their place. And when my son suddenly felt unwell in the city, they came to pick us both up by car without hesitation. Their kindness and care went far beyond what anyone could expect. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly, highly recommended. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Apartament znacznie przewyższający oczekiwania -nowy, pięknie urządzony i przestronny , wygodnie mieszkaliśmy w 8 osób podczas rodzinnego wypadu. Lekkie do przeniesienia i skonfigurowania łóżka( bardzo dobry pomysł ). Mogliśmy wytchnąć po eskapadach w Palermo , cicho, co nieoczywiste w tak dużym włoskim mieście. Jednocześnie niedaleko ścisłego centrum turystycznego( katedra i przylegający obszar ). Gdybyśmy mieli wybierać miejsce na taki pobyt - wybralibyśmy jeszcze raz. Gospodarze bardzo uczynni i zaskakująco gościnni - niespodziewane ciasto na 80 te urodziny bohaterki wydarzenia !!! No i podrzucenie dwojga z nas, na koniec pobytu na dworzec kolejowy, mimo godzin szczytu. Serdecznie polecamy.
